I am trying to but dance recital tickets. After I clicked ok when the screen said I had 5 tickets in my cart, a blue spinning thing is up in the corner and the lower left of the screen says"Read static.ak.fbcdn.net. It has been this way for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I can not open another firefox tab and can not click on anything. I have an iMac at software lion 10.7.3 I can open safari and use that but I don't want to lose these tickets. They are in the second row center!

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
