I have a Mac OS X 10.7.4 and Firefox 12.0. "My eBay" does not load in Firefox. It does load with Safari. I have tried clearing history, but it still will not load. Other eBay pages do load with Firefox.

Thank you so much, jscher2000, for your clear and easy-to-follow instructions. I not only followed them; I will also keep them on file here for future snafus. After I restarted my computer just now, Firefox was updating. I now have Version 13, so I believe everything is up to date. Again, thank you for taking the time to answer my question; your help is much appreciated.

When you cleared history, did you choose Firefox's cache and/or any cookies?

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

Firefox menu > Preferences > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here

Tools menu > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

You may want to clear cookies both for ebay.com and ebaystatic.com (you can change the site in the search box at the top of the dialog)

Then try reloading the page and logging in again. Does that help?

Thank you, cor-el, for this information on where to find help. I have saved this in my files, so when future problems come up, I will have it handy.

Thank you again and have a lovely day!
