So I tried downgrading my Flash, but the apps I like to use (Solitaire Blitz, etc.) require the most recent version of Flash. Is there any word on when the most recent version of Firefox will work with the most recent version of Flash?

Flash is working on some updates that will hopefully come out in the next few days. As to whither they will fix all the issues, we don't know yet.
