youtube cannot load on firefox
i just recently update my adobe flash player from 10 to 11. after the update the video does not load. it only happen on firefox but its ok on google chrome and ie. this is the thing i have done to attempt to fix the problem -clear cookie , cache and history (doesn't work) -uninstall and reinstall firefox (doesn't work) -uninstall and reinstall adobe flash player11(doesn't work) -use firefox on the safe mode (doesn't work) -restart computer (doesn't work) -disable all plugin except flash player itself (doesn't work)
the only thing that i haven't try is reinstall my os which are win7 home premium 64 bit. so can anyone had better idea other than reinstall the os?

You might consider disabling the new protected mode in Flash 11.3-11.4, since that feature is still being debugged. See this support article from Adobe under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

cor-el i already try that which i already wrote it in the detail that it doesn't work
thanks jscher2000. after turn off protected mode my youtube work normaly. btw what the protected mode for anyway?
Flash protected mode uses a "sandbox" to better isolate Flash from the rest of the system. You can read the details in this article: http://blogs.adobe.com/asset/2012/06/inside-flash-player-protected-mode-f.... This is tricky to implement and has had some unexpected glitches. I'm sure it will eventually be a great feature.
