Using on a Gateway NV53 laptop. Never a problem until FF15; have checked for viruses, malware. All clear. Upgraded to Flash 11.4; no help. Downgraded to Flash 10.3; no help. Went back to Flash 11.4 to be up to date at least.

Also won't play console on the NFL Audio Pass; no "play" button appears. Other sites are okay. Have checked these out on Chrome and they are okay.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi!

It seems to work fine for me in Mac and Windows 7.

Have you tried Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode?

If that works you may have an add-on that is messing up with your set up. If that's the case you may want to try Firefox Reset: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Thanks Ibai, but I had forgotten to mention that I had done the whole reset routine - no effect on outcome.

I should also mention that FF 15 doesn't do this with the MLB.com website on either of two other computers I tried - just my Gateway laptop.
