GoDaddy Web Email Reply POP-UP Window does not populate the return address or message threads. When I do a safe mod restart it works. I have then returned to the regular mode and removed add ons one by one and noe seem to affect it. I have done the same with extensions with no good results. this started with firefox 16.0.2

So with all extensions disabled it still doesn't work?

Did you try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox?

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
