Can't get a new tab to open, never had this problem & it looks like I have to choose another type of browser
When I press on the open new tab, nothing happens, never had this problem before!?

hello PsycleRyder, please try to reset firefox and run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner.
You have some adware addons, such as Yontoo, which can be fixed by a reset, stated above by philipp.
Note that your System Details List shows that you have obsolete, no longer supported, preferences from previous Firefox versions.
You can delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js and user.js files to reset all prefs to the default value or reset these prefs to the default value via the right-click context menu on the about:config page or edit the prefs.js file and remove related line(s).
