I have been searching for 5 hours why firefox crashes. Reset, deactivate plugins, etc. deleted many programs.

At the end it appeared to be hardware accelaration and reading the forum I found the following hint from cor-el: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/970769#question-reply

"The crash reports indicate a possible hardware acceleration related problem. "

When a crash reports such information, why a normal user can not read this crash report which is sent?

The crash reports are listed in about:crashes, and clicking those give you info.

Thanks for the hint, I never found the point to go to the website and view the crashreport. It would be better FF would show the report before/after sending.
