To export IE 11 Favorites to Firefox, the Export HTML function is not appearing under File in IE 11. How do I export the html to be able to import it?

Standard import function only copies over the first few links from IE 11 Favorites... So I read the explanation about first exporting the Favorites as HTML and then importing that file to Firefox. But the export function doesn't appear on IE window, under File or Internet Options or anything.

Did you try to look in the IE help file to see if you can locate this function?

Which version of IE do you use?

If you do not have the menu bar in IE then right-click the toolbar at the top to enable the Menu Bar.
