That is a problem with malware: [@ sprotector.dll@0xb22c3 ]
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Start a new thread if you wish. Maybe someone will help you locate and isolate the problem component.
- use /questions/new
If you can install the new Firefox 27 that may well solve the issue as it tries to block the problem
- see How to install Firefox on Windows
- get Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Which programs did you try?
If you haven't already, check the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, and click the "Installed on" column heading to bring the most recent infections, er, additions, to the top of the list. You likely will find several unfamiliar sounding programs. Unless you know it to be safe and valuable, uninstall.
