My issues began when I upgraded to v. 25 and has been there ever since. I have checked for all types of malware, upgraded my Kaspersky anti-virus software, have the latest version of Windows 7 including patches. I have made numerous reports to Firefox and have never received a reply. Poor customer service!!!!

The browser frequently crashes when I try to access a pull down from the toolbar at the top. This occurs with "bookmarks" and other pull downs. The crash also happens when i try to enter information in an empty box on the screen such as for a vendor. My problem can happen almost anywhere and is not relegated to one website.

I would like to go back to Firefox v.24, but don't know how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.
