This page uses the Symbol font to display the triangles.

font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Symbol;mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:black

It works for me on Linux, but probably not on Windows.
Websites shouldn't be using this Symbol font, but use the Unicode replacements instead: Δ (Δ Δ).
