My name at the bottom of me emails has my name plus other information, such job description, phone numbers etc. I want it on all my emails I am sending so that I do not have to type it everytime. I can do this on outlook but can it be done on yahoo?

Thank you for your help. However, when I am in my email page I can't find the settings menu icon. There are two icons similar but when I click on them neither has settings listed. I realise this is probably my lack of experience. Help.
