Hi there,

I'm experiencing an issue where my website, "https://oceanofpdf.co.uk/", is not reloading properly in Firefox. When I try to refresh the page, it either hangs or doesn't display the updated content. This problem seems specific to Firefox, as the website works fine on other browsers like Chrome and Edge.

I've cleared my cache, tried private browsing mode, and even disabled all add-ons, but the problem persists. Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I am to install Grammarly, to help me craft better emails and improve my writing ability. A couple of questions before I start using it. What will be the repercussions of this installation?

I'm using Firefox 130.00 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2012) running Catalina (10.15.7). It has run flawlessly for years, but suddenly won't open, and only hangs, requiring me to Force Quit. It stopped working on Thursday, 9/12, which, I notice, was the day it was last modified with an automatic upgrade. I have quit and tried restarting multiple times, but am unable to get into it at all and, therefore, cannot access Troubleshooting Mode. I have NOT yet tried deleting it and downloading a fresh copy. I would like, if possible, to retain my open tabs, Bookmarks, and History.

I cannot comment on someone "live" in tiktok using firefox browser while from browser in Edge, i have no issue. I cannot type in the comment box to comment at all, not sure what is wrong?

I have multiple gmail accounts and I don't always have them open on every tab. For some reason, every few days at random, whenever I swap to a different gmail account I keep receiving the message.

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to mail.google.com.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I double checked if my cookies are blocked, and they werent. I am currently on standard tracking protection. I have tried removing my cookies and history and they work temporarily, but then the issue happens again after a few days.

I don't think my extensions are causing the problem either unless Adnauseum is changing something? I don't have any scripts running from Tampermonkey either.

Please help, this is getting irritating having to delete my history and cookies over and over again.

We use the "Shopping" tab to view comparison products daily. Problem has started some months ago.

Results of searches used to stay on screen in a "scrollable" pattern at topline and below all others would be from near and far... Now we always get a 1sec flash with results like before then the disappear. Showing only random locations and hard to see the comparison in those results... We no longer see Trademe, Temu and other businesses as that result disappears very quickly. Cant find anything else to change in settings if its location related or other??

Hopefully this make sense? ;) We are running Win10, and FF 130.0.1 - location is set to New Zealand.

Firefox doesn't open up any windows, even though it is on and its top menu appears, but the menu does nothing. It happened after I hid it while working on another app, and it would not re-appear. I uninstalled that version and re-installed the latest version from your website, but it's having the same problem. I went to disk utility (on my 2020 iMac running 11.7.10) and it showed nothing wrong/corrupt on my hard drive. Is the problem my old OS? Thank you, Alicia

Firefox is my preferred browser. Lately however, I cannot log into my online banking account with PNC. When I insert my PNC log-in information...username and password.....I get a tab that reads "Challenge Validation" and the browser window says "Not Found". Just as an fyi, if I switch to Google Chrome I can log-in to my PNC online account.

Any help or suggestions to be able to use Firefox???

Youtube videos and Twitch live streams are freezing and whenever I refresh the page the video/live stream is just black. The audio still continues to play and I have no idea what is causing it. I only have 3 extensions installed (Ublock Origin, Youtube Sponsor Block, and Truffle) and have even tried removing them to no success. The only way to fix it has been to close and reopen Firefox, but it usually doesn't fix it for long. Its even started crashing any games I've been playing when I close Firefox. I'll try to get a video to show the issue.

I have windows 10, I have 2 browsers. google Chrome and Firefox. when I go to certain sights they say I have an ad blocker, I can not find one on chrome and looked here? I don't know why they don't show up if I have one? help

I do not have the box checked to update address, yet the pop up to update address continuously pops up. How do I get rid of this. It is extremely annoying and time consuming.
