Not showing all emails in UNIFIED Folder
I have setup more than 10 email accounts in TB.
Then I sent test email to all of my accounts.
Only few (5) emails are showing in ALL UNIFIED Folder and rest emails are not showing in UNIFIED Folder, but it is showing in Individual inbox folder of each email account.

Help menu (Alt +H) > troubleshooting information Click the show folder button. Close Thunderbird open the mail folder open the smart mailboxes folder Delete the inbox and inbox.msf files
Restart Thunderbird.
I just had the same problem, but deleting these files did not help. But I found the solution: I right-clicked on the unified sent folder, clicked properties and then the "Choose" button for selecting the folders to search. One of the sent folders was not selected in the list that appears.
