Firefox crashes
Firefox crashes often - usually when I try to print the web page. What can be done to eliminate Firefox from crashing?

Was Firefox able to print normally before, or has it always had this problem with printing?
In some cases, you can resolve printer issues by resetting some settings Firefox has stored for your printer. This article describes how to do that: Fix printing problems in Firefox.
When Firefox crashes, are you getting the Mozilla Crash Reporter dialog? Firefox usually records information about what was happening at the time of a crash. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash report IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.

Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.
- Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
- Shockwave Flash 14.0 r0
You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
