My checkout page and shopping cart has always worked on firefox, now it does not, check it out at https://www.stemulitefitnessformula.com/cart/checkout

Will not show spaces to enter credit card information and will not allow to remove products from cart.

Has always worked and some people report not even being able to get to the checkout page

It's your shopping cart, so we can't see it. Do you have any kind of blocking programs?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar

Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

Such details are usually stored in a cookie.

  • Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

I have the same problem. People trying to purchase from my website are unable to use the PayPal buttons. They worked until the latest update. I talked to PayPal and they said Firefox is no longer compatible with PayPal and that they are supposedly working with Firefox to get the issue fixed. Shame on you, Firefox, for rolling out a new version without making sure the browser is compatible with something as major as PayPal. When will you have this fixed? You're hurting business!

I went to https://www.stemulitefitnessformula.com/cart/checkout

The ordering pages work okay, but I did not try to buy.

I went to the paypal.com site. I had no trouble moving around.
