first my firefox has a report crash notification, i ignored it and then i restore my computer at last point, Now firefox cant open at all(when i open it, it make a sound like beep). before my computer crash i instal my radeon graphic software.. its that the root of the problem?

Let's see if we can't fix this for you:

First, make sure you have installed all Windows updates. You should have windows XP Service Pack 3 and any other updates installed. Restart your computer and recheck as well.

Then, does Firefox start up in safe mode? Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? Let me know how things look

The OP is using Windows XP and not Windows 7 ;)

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

Also make sure that you have the latest drivers for the graphics display card.
