Hello group hope all is well.

The other day I asked the group a question and you were kind enough to help me resolve it. Your instructions were for me to refresh Mozilla. It worked but now I'm getting pop-up ads. Please instruct me how I can get rid of pop-up ads while searching and on YouTube and anywhere else primarily.

I did try the preconstructed ways of getting rid of pop-ups.

This is what I've tried but did not work. I click the menu button in Mozilla/Firefox top right-hand corner. Click options. And then followed through the rest of procedure to see if I had the box checked for pop-up ad stopped. The box was checked and I did proceed after that to the dialog box. There is nothing in the dialog box to see if that was the problem.
