Natao arisiva ity resaka mitohy ity. Mametraha fanontaniana azafady raha mila fanampiana.

I went from very old version; new version has a display (from, subject, to and icons that are redundant from above). How to eliminate?

There is a area above the message pane and below the folders that is gray and includes To, From and subject information as well as several icons. All of this is already displayed elsewhere above this new display. Is there any way to eliminate this display and give additional space to the email? Thank you.

I am guessing that you are talking about the header for the message pane. You cannot eliminate it without turning of the message pane. it is part of the message pane. F8 toggles the message pane on and off.

You can install this add on to have the option to make it smaller. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/compactheader/?src=hp-dl-featured

You don't open the file, you install it.

Download the file and save it some place where you can find it.

In Thunderbird from the menu bar select Tools-Addons or if using the AppMenu button just click that and then Add ons.

From the Add on page click the gear icon and select Install Add On from File

Thank you. Upon closer inspection of the instructions in the pop up window, I was able to figure it out, track down where the file had been saved by Firefox and install it.

My wife is pleased and that means everything to me. Your help will make it a happy 46th anniversary next month.
