So I am doomed because I have a virus that I can't get rid of and I was making sure that you weren't being hacked? Which you are. I still want to help.

I was a member of the beta team and had a Mozilla support account under the name Mymozsupp. Someone from FireFox staff inserted a file called doomed at 8:46pm today and I do not appreciate that. I did not want to hack you or stop helping you. I just can't get rid of this virus so I switched to the regular browser. Also, you are being hacked by a group that I was/am a part of. They use the hack to get full Root PEM certificates from your browser to use it as a make shift Tor browser. I do not condone that. Although, I know why. If you can have Tor without downloading it, which instantly puts you on a list, why wouldn't you do so. They are non-profit and do not do things without good reason. There you go.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.

I see thanks FredMcD! I need to wipe my OS. That's all I can do. I studied for hours on this. I dived deep into my PC and found out Someone is controlling my PC. Or the new malware I saw in develoment by Google.

Always keep a good anti-virus running. And run the mal-ware scans once in a while.

Member of what Beta team? all of your post is vague on details.

Mozilla.org does not have any official one on one call center in form of phone, chat or email or remote connection support. Nor does Mozilla have any third-party support connections.

This sounds like a third-party company claiming to work with Mozilla in doing support where some may charge or even do worse if doing remote connection.

Yah I figured out that someone did, in fact, a long time ago, remote into my computer and probably have control over it to whatever level they desire. I also was hacked by someone as I cannot control the CSS scripts or javascript scripts that run on my entire computer. It is crazy. I have so many intrusive programs, scripts and logging systems running that I cannot shut off. It is fair to say that I am screwed. Also, by "Member of the Beta team" I just meant I had downloaded a version of Mozilla Firefox that was in its beta phase. No officail anything. I won the SUMO lottery you guys developed (quite interesting coding) which allowed me to download different verisons of Firefox. Also, I am not vague, I am ignorant/lazy. I could figure it out I am sure but, I am no longer interested in coding or being a part of IT at all. I can help the day to day user. I know somethings from my stupid (haxing phase) but, whatever. I am just helping because I have no life and have no friends. So, sorry for the vagueness of my posts. I hate what computers have become. My only interest is in creating true privacy. If Firefox OS for phones focused on this they would instantly grab a lot of customers....

Hold down the power button to force shut off the computer. Close everything you can first.

Start your Computer in safe mode.

I did that FredMcD. I even editted my registry, spent hours looking for the source of the problem... I found it. It's everything in System32 folder and somethings in Program folder and Program (86) folder. I can not fix my computer. I think I need to format it. That may not even work. Even if I wipe it and install a different OS I don't know if even that would fix it. Also, I do not know how to use a non-windows OS. I wanted to learn Red hat but, one I do not have the money to buy it. Nor do I care to learn it. I like things easy.

It's everything in System32 folder . . . .

Microsoft has many system files here. Don't remove anything unless you know it does not belong.

I am not going to do anything but, probably wipe this computer and sell it. If someone wants it. I just bought two 1 year subscriptions for this device only but, none of that matters. I am not good enough to do anything. My Father is a computer programmer and gave this to me as a gift. I have been trying to fix this machine basically since I recieved it. I wanted to make my Father proud and happy by fixing and using this computer for my passion (art). Well that dream is gone. I also have no reason to use a computer outside of that. I have no friends, no job, a college degree that is worthless, and so much debt that I will never pay off. I think I might just jump off a bridge. I am dying anyways.

hello Ivan,

In the current times these sort of virus infections are common, you cannot loose your heart every time somebody injects a virus into your system, you fight it out. Just format the computer or if you got the patience, boot into the Safe Mode and do a System Restore. That should resolve your issue, please try that and let us know the result.

I didn't lose heart. I just wanted to die. I suffer from legitiment issues that, well, make me prone to suffering and wanted to die. Don't worry, I tried three times in my life. They all failed or succeeded depending on one's view point. Anyways, I spent hours in my registry and I found the problem but, it was everywhere, the problem was Windows OS itself. It "trusted installer" was specially made for me. As I probably deserved, anyways, I had to format but, I didn't. I simply destroyed my registry and through my PC to the floor. I have Windows 10 now. So, now I just have a faster FAR more intrusive system. lol I am not happy. Windows 10 logs and sends everything to there servers. No matter what. I found the hidden System and hidden administrator. You cannot "fix" Windows 10. So, whatever. I just can't look at secure information. Or talk about anything controvercial ad absurdom.
