Recently I've upgraded my Firefox to 43.0 version and I have some issues with extensions. Cannot uninstall them or update... It's blocking page loadings and I have to refresh multiple times to see whole page.

How can I fix this on Ubuntu 14.04?

Are you talking about extensions, or plugins? Plugins are programs that Firefox finds on the computer.

Extensions. They are greyed and with no buttons and cannot be removed from browser level.

You can check the extensions.json file for details about all extensions including the installation path.

You can open the file in the Scratchpad (Firefox menu button or Tools > Web Developer). Click the "Pretty Print" button to format the file for readability.
