If I type a 3 line signature in the sig text window, it appears in a new msg as 3 separate lines but in smaller courier text and gray rather than black. If I check the HTML box it appears in the same font, size and color as the msg body but all in one line. I tried using a text file but that comes in with extra code in the text

Is there some HTML code you must type in the sig text box to have a multiple line signature? example:

Closing,

My Name My Number

It gives you the carriage return code for HTML. That seems to be your question.

Thanks but I have already viewed your support link before posting the question. I did manage to remove the body/signature separator line.
