I just updated from Lion to El Capitan OS X 10.11. Also have gotten one update to TBird. No other changes. Here are error messages:

3. Could not read chrome manifest 'file:///Applications/Thunderbird.app/Contents/Resources/chrome.manifest'.

2. Could not read chrome manifest 'file:///Applications/Thunderbird.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/%7B972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd%7D/chrome.manifest'.

1. No chrome package registered for chrome://testpilot/locale/main.dtd

It could be a Hughes satellite problem? I try to "get messages" and get no response on modem -- then repeatedly "tickle" their server and seem to finally move things. It has taken longer and longer to "wake it up." Today over an hour.

Attached is OS X 10.11 mail setup.
