firefox crashed, only opened 2 tabs when restarted, did a refresh, can I get my tabs back and will the refresh help me?
Firefox crashed, when it opened it only opened 2 tabs from the previous session. I closed and opened again to see if they'll come back, they didn't. Since I messed up my tabs and firefox was acting funny*, I decided to do a refresh.
- freezing for a bit soon after launch, many "plugin container has stopped working", sometimes pages would go black and repeat themselves when I try to scroll, straight up crash after browsing for a while
Can I get my tabs back? I made a copy of the profile, and refresh made another one.
Will the refresh help with my problems, or are they caused by having too many tabs (I tend to have almost a full screen of drop down)? How many tabs is too many tabs?

They happen a lot, so I usually don't check the tell mozilla box to get back to what I was doing sooner, sry if that makes things harder. The crash from this morning isn't there.
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

When you use the Firefox Refresh feature then a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks and history, form data, tabs) is automatically imported. The current profile folder will be moved to an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop. Installed extensions and other customizations (toolbars, prefs) that you have made are lost and need to be redone.
It is possible to recover data from the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
You will normally find these files in the sessionstore-backups folder:
previous.js (cleanBackup: copy of sessionstore.js from previous session that was loaded successfully) recovery.js (latest version of the sessionstore written during runtime) recovery.bak (previous version of the sessionstore written during runtime) upgrade.js-<build_id> (backup created during an upgrade of Firefox)
You can copy a file from the sessionstore-backups folder to the main profile and rename the file to sessionstore.js to replace the current file (make a backup copy of the current sessionstore.js).

- bookmarks and history: places.sqlite
- bookmark backups: JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder
- SQLite files like cookies.sqlite (cookies) and formhistory.sqlite (saved form data)
- logins.json and key3.db (decryption key) for Passwords saved in the Password Manager
- cert8.db and possibly cert_override.txt for (intermediate) certificates stored in the Certificate Manager
- persdict.dat for words you added to the spelling checker dictionary
- permissions.sqlite for Permissions and possibly content-prefs.sqlite for other Site Preferences
- sessionstore.js for open tabs and pinned tabs and tab groups
Oh, so sessionstore isn't there while firefox is running. Explains why I couldn't find it.cor-el said

Which of those aren't copied automatically? I have all the ones I recognize(bookmarks, passwords, history, logins), and I'd hate to find out later that something important didn't copy.

This is not a cure, but should let the web page load without crashing.
