Oh, sorry, did you mean the plugin check page? It looks different to me, too:

https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/

Maybe this is to avoid overwhelming users with many updates at once by prioritizing them?

It has been the same for quite a while now. I'm attaching a screenshot of the normal address and appearance.

I have heard about a new fake js file recently.

No idea what you are seeing but it sounds like it could be malware.

update
I see from jscher2000's screenshot the page has changed

Do you have a screenshot and is this something from the internet  ? If so what is the URL in the addressbar ? Can you attach a screenshot please.

jscher2000 - thanks for the illumination on this new 'Check Your Plugins' page. But how can I revert to the old style? I am visually impaired and the old style was wonderful: green bar for ok, red bar for needs update, all plugins shown in a list. When I first saw this new version I couldnt use it at all. I was convinced I'd got some wrong selection or a virus or something. Had to get someone else to do it for me it a few times so I could work it out - humiliating and awkward. Even now its really hard for me to use safely. Any ideas please?

Hi Kuib, the structure of the page has changed, so it's not as simple as a applying a couple custom style rules.

The page could be modified using an add-on, custom user script (user scripts are applied to page using the Greasemonkey extension), or bookmarklet (a snippet of JavaScript code you save as a bookmark). However, someone would need to write the code for that...
