For a long while now Firefox regardless of which version it is refuses to load youtube pages and the message i get is that the connection failed. Today i updated to the newest version of FF in hope the issues were resolved but no they werent. In Safari i have no problems at all to load youtube and watch videos. I have had these problems with FF and Youtube for months now so i dropped FF in benefit for Safari, but i would really like to use FF as well.

Can someone please tell me WTF FF's problem is?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

Starting FF in Safe Mode didn't change anything for me. It is still not loading Youtube at all. All i get is connection failure as if i would be offline without internet connection.
