In 'Preferences' under 'Search' I've tried to add a new search engine 'Ecosia' and it appears that it has added it, however Ecosia never shows up on the list of possible search engines to add. Something is clearly going wrong, can you please let me know how I can fix this?

Thanks

Any error messages in the Browser Console ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer)?

Works or me if I click "Add to Firefox" and allow the website to install the extension (search engine).
