Hi Gwenlyn, what do you mean by "from storage"?

This site covers both Firefox (the browser used to access webmail sites) and Thunderbird (the stand-alone email program). Currently your post is listed under Firefox, so the answer probably varies a lot based on which webmail site you are using. If you meant to ask about Thunderbird, a moderator can move your question.
