I keep getting popups saying legitimate emails are suspected spam. I would like to flag the senders as OK

Spam or Scam?

If Spam figure out what is doing it. It is not Thunderbird. It does not use the word Spam

If Scam read this. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbirds-scam-detection

You're right, I misspoke - it is "scam". The popup I get simply says "This message may be a scam.", and has a "preferences" menu with options to either ignore the warning, or disable it as suggested in your link above.

I'm getting these warnings on every email from my church, which I _know_ are not a scam, and from a survey company which I don't believe are a scam.

I would prefer not to globally disable the warnings, so I'd like to know if it's possible to somehow whitelist the email senders for which I'm getting false positives.

If you read the linked article it states it is not conigurable. It is either on or off.
