The type size in my emailhas become extremely small, extremely large and changes size from and I want to set it to default text size,help me to do that, thanks.

The keyboard command of { Ctrl + 0 } (that's a zero) will reset the zoom level of the page you are viewing.
You need to be careful when working in a webmail website, when you hit the Ctrl and use the scroll wheel on a mouse or use the up / down arrow keys on a laptop the zoom level may change. Drives me nuts on Xfinity webmail when I forget that.
