How can I do selective sync on one of the connected device only?

I currently have 4 devices connected with Firefox Sync. One of them is an old netbook and since syncing everything is very resource intensive (it could take up to 1 hour on this hardware) I would like it to sync only passwords and eventually bookmarks. The other 3 devices should keep syncing everything though. Features in about:preferences#sync get synced as well, so they are not an option. Is there some way?

Preferences > Sync = use the Sync across all devices selectors to select only bookmarks and passwords on that device. The other devices will continue to sync that is selected in each of those devices.

As I already said those selectors get synced as well, so disabling some on one device (including the Preferences selector) disables them on the other 3 devices.
