Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I am having numerous problems with Firefox. 1. It crashes randomly (see attached report) 2. I can no longer edit/delete my bookmarks 3. Certain ad ons don't work properly such as Tree Style Tabs and Tree Tabs - I've tried both 4. Add ons Dupes doesn't work 5. I had around 2,000 bookmarks that I had organised and catalogued as a library. Many have duplicated and I also now have numerous empty folders. 6. I had a premium Xmarks account and tried to deal with the chaos with my bookmarks with them but had no success and found out this week that they are shutting down their operation 7. The overall function of Firefox is causing me to need to consider looking for a different browser even thought I have been very happy with Firefox for years before this
