Tried numerous times to download Adobe Quick Flash on my Mac, using both Safari and Firefox. Nothing works. I've even called Adobe to attempt to get help, but was told they don't have phone help for this problem, only Tech Forum on the net. When I go to the Adobe website and use this for downloading, it only goes so far to the blue line for initializing and then it 'acts' as if it is downloading, but nothing happens. I go to the download and there's no Adobe logo, only a 'white sheet'. I click and it gives me a message it can't download. No reason. I've even tried doing this when I was on the phone with a Mac technician and they couldn't help me either. Apparently unless you 'rent' one of their latest and greatest products, they don't give you ANY phone support, period! I'm lost.
