View is on every Menu Bar in almost every program. The alt key has revealed hidden Menu bars since the beginning of Windows It is a handy shortcut to remember.

You can go to View-Toolbars and check the Menu bar to make it appear all the time.

Click the small icon at the far right of the title bar above the list of contacts. There you can select what columns are displayed in the list. If you display the Last Name then you can click on this label in the title bar to change how the list is sorted according to Last Name
