cuando voy a descargar el certificiado digital de moneda y timbre me dice que está descargado. Sigo las indicación para ver si se ha descargado el certificado y no me aparece y ya no se que hacer. Lo necesito para una oposición y se acaba el plazo. Muchas gracias.
