I'm using a Macbook Pro. Firefox and Macbook Pro is up-to-date. When typing the = sign in a Quickbooks Online invoice (which I have done forever) it's closing the invoice and giving a 404 error OR it will ask if I want to save the invoice. I tested this in Quickbooks Online using Safari and it worked fine, so cleared my Firefox history, restarted in safe mode and refreshed Firefox. None of those worked to fix the issue. I tested all other keys and they are fine.

I'm not sure if this is bug I need to report or if this is something someone else has come across and knows what to do about it. Any advise would be appreciated.

C. Howard

Hi C. Howard, are you using a European keyboard?

Another user reported odd behavior with the +/= key on Google Sheets using a European keyboard. I wasn't able to get to the bottom of that one, but I wonder whether other sites are affected, too.

Here's that thread if you want to take a look: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1269054

Thank you for your response. I just a regular MacBook pro keyboard. I can't recreate the issue anywhere else other than in Firefox/Quickbooks Online invoices.

I'm able to use that key in Google Chrome and Safari without incident.
