In order for an app to email a file through TB, TB has to be defined as the default mail client, and the app has to support SimpleMAPI operations. On top of that, if the app is 32-bit, TB has to be 32-bit. This has nothing to do with Windows being 32 or 64 bit. What 'bit' is your TurboCAD and TB (Help/About TB)?
