I am running Windows 10 Pro on a Dell XPS 8930 with Firefox 80. When I attempt to go to the Windows Community, I receive the following:

If I use Edge, there is no problem. Any ideas here?

Most commonly, this kind of problem authenticating on one of a company's sites to use another of it's sites is related to "third party" cookie restrictions or possibly other cookie restrictions. Could you check this article and see whether relaxing cookie restrictions makes any difference in this case: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.
