Can't install addons
When trying to install addons from Firefox addons management menu (tab 'about:addons'), they not downloads. and Firefox says 'addon can not be loaded because connection problem'.
When trying open 'https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/' have 'PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR'.
I am thinking the reason of this errors is blocking requests to 'addons.mozilla.org' by my internet provider (Beeline Kazakhstan). Because when I trying to connet to 'addons.mozilla.org' using VPN or proxy I have no problems described above.
I have no idea why this internet provider or goverment needs to block host 'addons.mozilla.org' (they love to block various website just fo fun). May you help me bypass this problem? May be you know the way how to install VPN addon offline for Mozilla Firefox whithout acces to addons webpage.
Sorry for my English and thank you for reading (:

Hi Halixer, you don't need to install through the Add-ons page. You can install over your VPN directly from the Mozilla Add-ons site. Did you get a chance to try that for the extension you wanted to install?

Bing search https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

I am grateful to you for answer. I checked cases that you gave and tried to fix the problem by represented guides. No result. Also I found reports by other users from Kazakhstan who faced a similar problem. Therefore I still thinking that the problem with my internet provider (unfortunately, causeless blocking of webpages is already the norm here).
People in social networks recommend to install TOR for downloading and offline mounting addons to mozilla. It is the best decision for the moment (:

Thank you for the answer.
But the first problem was that I hadn't any proxy or VPN extensions for Firefox. Therefore, I had to download some VPN-extension as .xpi-file for Firefox form other browser with pre-installed VPN. And after offline installation of downloaded VPN-extension into Mozilla Firefox I can install add-ons directly from the Mozilla Add-ons site. Only this helped to solve the problem.
Advice to other users from Kazakhstan: Connections to https://addons.mozilla.org are blocking now. Use VPN or proxies to install add-ons from 'about:addons'.
That was very good work. Well Done.
I have the same problem.. All providers Active, Altel, Kazaktelecom blocks access to add-ons on all browsers.
