thunderbird will not set up
I cannot get Thunderbird to set up on my new computer. I already have an account. Even after talking with Spectrum and changing/correcting the configuration information under the manual option, I got the "unable to log in at server" message again. What am I missing?

Which configuration information are you using? Refer to https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/spectrum-email-server-settings/ for the correct server settings for your domain. Are you using a VPN? Which antivirus and firewall are you using?
