Unable to connect to my mail server

more options

Hi, I am facing issues of connecting to my webmail account via thunderbird after updating my ssl certificate. Thunderbird was working fine but I had to update my ssl and I installed a new certificate instead of just updating the old one. After that, I cannot connect to my server. It says server time out every time. I have checked the settings and everything is there, imap and smtp ports are same.

Hello there Muhammad We have read your message. We try to help you.

After installing the new ssl certificate it says server time out.

Oké its time to ask your Internet service provider why they not support the SSL/Tls functions on the normal way?

https://www.htbridge.com/ssl/ Is the solution to see if it s all secure.

Hello there Muhammad. We have read your message . We try to help you.

Your certificates are new ,oke. You used a new ssl certificate. And not used the update.

Try to contact your isp to ask if you can use the certificates and what is wrong. They are the persons for this question.

You can check online if your stuff is secure.
