I have been having problems with Firefox and google doc/drive interface over the past few weeks. Firefox bugs out after I begin working with google docs each session. A few specifics: 1. I typically have a few different tabs w/ different google docs open. After initially opening them, I get a 'you are not connected' message and can't work/edit the docs - yet my internet/wifi connection is fine and all other apps work. 2. Then I can't visit bookmarks or other google docs saved in my browser history. I click to open and nothing loads/tab stays blank 3. Google is also my default search engine - that won't initiate either 4. The upper right corner of google docs (where my google account/name are linked) doesn't load, and I can't click or get functionality on changing accounts or seeing what other users are in the doc

It's become very problematic - I have searched help articles and can't find anything to remedy it. Thinking of switching to chrome b/c it's causing significant work disruptions for me. Any advice?

This could be a problem with the TLS 1.3 Early Data feature also known as Zero Round Trip Time Resumption (0rtt). Try changing this preference to false in about:config. You may have to restart afterwards. security.tls.enable_0rtt_data
