Since the update to 102.2.1 (64-bit) a couple of days ago I am constantly getting the not responding message. It last from about 5 -30 seconds and then most times starts working. There have been a couple times I have had to close out and restart.. Is there any fix for this.. I have checked the anti virus program and that is not he issue as far as I can tell
