This may be a problem with Path MTU Discovery from the yieldmanager.net servers (I have observed it on open.ad.yieldmanager.net). If this is the case, the problem will appear on any browser on your computer (and on all computers on your network, unless specially configured). Unfortunately, if this is the problem, the correct fix needs to be done by yieldmanager.net, but a workaround can be done with appropriate configuration on your modem/router or by your ISP (clamping the TCP MSS).
