Natao arisiva ity resaka mitohy ity. Mametraha fanontaniana azafady raha mila fanampiana.

Is there any way to view older text files or set up line wrap? Files do not seem to have LF or CR-LF, so each paragraph is displayed as one line.

I would like to convert these older files to html, but seem not to be able to do so. When I was still running windows, I could modify the files using frontpage and it would all come out fine. Now running Ubuntu 10.10. I guess I could install frontpage thru Wine, but have had problems with software in wine.

Try a file like this:

<html><head><title>Convert text file to HTML</title></head>
<body>
<h2>Select text file to convert to HTML</h2>
<input id="fileItem" type="file" onchange="processData();" >
<script type="text/javascript" >
function processData(){
 data = document.getElementById('fileItem').files[0].getAsText("utf8");
 data = data.replace(/&/g,'&amp;').replace(/</g,'&lt;').replace(/>/g,'&gt;').replace(/\n/g,'<br>\n');
 with(window.open().document){
  write('<html><body><style type="text/css">body {word-wrap:break-word}</style>'+data+'</body></html>');
  close();
 }
}
</script>
</body></html>
