I print shipping labels from FedEx's website using their ship manager online. Now with Firefox 4 I can not get shipping labels to print with any of my printers. I had to use IE to get it to print a label. I spent almost an hour with FedEx tech support and could not get it to work until I tried it with IE. I have had no problems with previous versions of Firefox.

It's difficult to troubleshoot an issue like this one because we cannot run a test without sending something via FedEx.

Which printers are you experiencing the problem with?

I am using a Zebra LP2844 Thermal Printer as well as a HP Officejet Pro 8500A. I was able to print using IE and I uninstalled Firefox 4 and reinstalled 3.6 and was able to print using that as well. Thanks for looking into this.

If you use Quickbooks software, you could try the fix mentioned on the Intuit forum It's the 4th post down.

The Fedex shipping label app was written by Quickbooks, so it might work.

Alternatively, maybe one of the Add-ons listed here will work: Print Add-ons
