Location bar doesn't show current URL.
It shows only what was initially typed. How do I change it to show the current page URL?

Sometimes the location bar doesn't update because you are navigating inside a frame. To see whether that is the case, right-click the page and look for "This Frame" on the menu. If you see that, you can use the "This Frame" menu to redisplay the page without the frame in the same window, a new tab, or a new window.
If it's not in a frame, hmmm, for security reasons, the page shouldn't be allowed to override the location bar. However, an add-on could do it.
I noticed your plugin list has the Mozilla ActiveX plugin. That is defunct and should be uninstalled at your earliest convenience.
You should also update Java.
Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks that you should update.
- Java Plug-in 1.6.0_13 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)
Update the Java plugin to the latest version.

Your issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
