So with Sync set up, we can now get our saved passwords to auto-fill on Firefox for Android.

How can we view/add/remove these passwords on our Android devices?

You can use LastPass Premium to store/edit/view your passwords in Android. It's available through Market and is a Paid Service. It's completely separate from Firefox Sync.
