Ever since upgrading from FF4 to FF5, it seems that I have to open, close, then reopen my browser several times (usually 2-3) before my past session tabs and tab bar finally display as per normal.

And before you ask, yes I have "Show my tabs & windows from last time" dropdown properly selected.

What displays on those first few bad browser loads appears to be my standard FF layout, except my toolbar icons/bar are completely missing, all my previous session tabs are not displayed, with instead only a single blank tab loaded on the page.

If you are still curious, I can get screenshots of both my normal FF layout and the bad browser loads the next time it occurs.

Try closing Firefox with File ("Alt+F") > Exit

You can Restore first your previous session and then your pevrious windows via the History Menu if things don't work out.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
